Jacobe Brothers Construction was established in 1946 by John Jacobe and his oldest son, Leroy, joined the company a few years later. The company performed a variety of projects ranging from residential developments to midsize commercial projects. Developing a strong reputation for delivering quality projects with integrity became the foundation of the company.

Over 40 years of history
In 1965, Ken Jacobe joined the company and began expanding the scope of operation to include commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. The company engaged in many medical facility projects, as well as schools, manufacturing, and religious facilities.
During the mid-1970s, Jacobe Brothers Construction engaged in contracts in the petroleum industry, which developed into long-term relationships, building facilities all over Texas and Louisiana. Throughout the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, the company became a landmark in the construction industry, built on trust and integrity. During the mid-1980s, the company began to shift its emphasis to religious facilities.
In 1995, the current ownership of the company was established, which includes Ken Jacobe and his two sons, Bryan and Keith. Having constructed a number of church-related buildings, the ownership recognized a calling to specialize in delivering religious facility projects. During this time, a broad range of worship, education, multiuse, and activity buildings have been successfully completed. Today, religious facility projects make up approximately 90 percent of the company s yearly volume.
